We do not offer home inspection services, we are not licensed for that service. However, having remodeled hundreds of homes, as well as been involved in all phases of new construction, we are more than qualified to offer consultation on any property you may be considering.

New Home Construction

As experts in all phases of new construction, we can help you with the project at any phase. If you would like our advice on a raw piece of land, we can give you an idea of what will be involved in bring utilities to your property. We can help you find qualified architects and engineers that know the ends-and-outs of the getting your project through city and county red tape. We can advise you on various costs that could effect your decisions – what type of foundations to go with: whether or not to build two stories or one; and much more.

Remodeling & New Home Construction Design Services

We have an award winning designer on our team, Cathy Locke. Cathy can help you coordinate all the details of your remodel or new home construction. She has experience with tile and stone vendors, lighting fixtures, cabinetry and doors. Cathy will help you keep colors and textures matching throughout your project.
